Dedicated to the memory of Gerry
This site is a tribute to Gerry, who was born in Glasgow on December 16, 1947. He is a much loved husband, father, grandpa and brother and will always be remembered.
We are sorry that his family and friends are unable to join us to say goodbye, so we hope that you can all share your messages, memories and photos of Gerry on this website. Gerry will be laid to rest in a natural burial meadow in the countryside that he loved, so we will not be able to use traditional flowers and wreathes. We would therefore welcome donations to the charity Parkinson's UK.

Gerry was the love of Ealey’s life and she his beloved. I was there in the castle at Werfen when they met in 1970 and last saw them in Salzburg in 2012 where we spent a beautiful weekend reminiscing about shared experiences. It was obvious that their love had more than endured the test of time. It had flourished and deepened to include their beautiful Jane, her husband Paul and the joy of their lives, their grandchildren, Alex and Darcey. Their faces lit up whenever they spoke of their family.
Gerry was a loving, intelligent, gentle man and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. We only wish that we could be there to support Ealey in her grief.
Rest In Peace Gerry. You lived a good and very worthwhile life.
